At RikRhino Surveillance (PTY) Ltd, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that occasionally you may need to return an item. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% to cover handling and processing costs.
  • Personalised or customised items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

 

  1. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
  • RikRhino Surveillance (PTY) Ltd is not liable for any items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

  1. Processing Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, we require a bank confirmation letter dated within the last 3 months to finalise your refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
